Group Exercise Online

What: Weekly group training classes. All Gym Romance workouts are designed for functional fitness, offering a holistic approach to fitness development: strength, cardio, stability and mobility. All fitness levels welcome.

When : 6:30am | 40 – 50 mins including warm-up | Monday – lower body focus | Wednesday – upper body focus | Friday – full body focus

Where: Online via a conferencing platform

How: Book below! Exercise mat would be helpful. Minimal equipment required.

Personal Training

What: Personal Training revolves around meeting your personal goals. Sessions are built to assist you in achieving what you need to. Whether that looks like 3 beginner 30 min online weekly workouts, or in studio weight training sets. Gym Romance always takes the approach of functional fitness to assist you in living a longer and healthier life.

When : Based on mutual availability

Where: Online, or at a specific Health (Moove Melrose) club or at an agreed upon location

Workshops

What: Specific group training classes, such as, mobility workshop sessions , glute building workshops, HIIT classes etc.
